Everything was good, beautifully designed and luxurious hotel. The room was tastefully decorated when upgraded with deluxe bathrooms with great shower and a jacuzzi tub, as for instance. We appreciated the Chinese cuisine in the restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and the staff. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and we appreciated the floor heating in the bathrooms. The location was convenient, being only an 8-minute walk from the subway station on line 13, which connected us to the city center and other attractions. The breakfast provided at the hotel was enjoyable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Despite the language barrier, they were eager to help and went above and beyond in assisting my parents, who spoke little English and no Chinese. They even helped us with transportation and loading our belongings. the best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and the staff.
The worst aspect was that the hotel was not obvious to find.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was conveniently located near a Beijing subway station. This made it easy to access different parts of the city and explore. Additionally, it was very close to major universities, which was a great advantage for those visiting or attending events at these institutions. The proximity to the subway and universities made getting around the city a breeze.
On the downside, the communication with the hotel staff was a bit challenging due to their limited English skills. While they tried their best to accommodate guests' requests, it would have been more convenient if there was better English proficiency among the staff.
